   The TLA7M3 Logic Analyzer Module is a 102-channel module with 2GHz timing, 100MHz state and 512 K depth. This module is designed for use with the TLA704 or TLA711 Logic Analyzers  The TLA7M3 can also be used in the newer TLA714 and TLA720 mainframes as explained here by Tektronix:

Will my older TLA7Lx and TLA7Mx logic analyzer modules or TLA7Dx and TLA7Ex digitizing oscilloscope modules work in the newer TLA714 portable or TLA720 benchtop mainframes?

   Yes, but you must reflash the firmware on your modules with the new Version 4.0-compatible firmware located on your TLA mainframe hard disk. If any module that is not running Version 4.0 compatible-firmware is installed in a TLA mainframe running Version 4.0, the TLA application software will not recognize the module nor will it show up in the System window.
