The Fluke Automotive ScopeMeter is a graphing multimeter, a Deluxe featured DMM and dual-channel lab scope. Use it for IGNITION (primary, secondary, DIS) (STARTER Kit requires Optional Ignition Kit Required) Use it for SENSOR testing (O2, MAF, MAP, ABS and more); Use it for FUEL INJECTION (TBI, PFI, MPFI); Use it for RELATIVE COMPRESSION and, Use it for recording GLITCHES while in the shop or on a road test. Use it with minimal buttons, minimal fuss, and MAXIMUM power! ¿ Display Backlit screen with BIG fonts makes waveforms and menus easy to read! This is the brightest screen available. Same for Deluxe and Starter kits. ¿ Automated Sensor Tests Select the signal you wish you to see with the keypad and menu system and the F-98-2 sets itself up. The scope also includes tests for ignition, sensor/actuator, charging, battery test, voltage drop, and general tests such as scope and multimeter functions. Same for Deluxe and Starter kits. ¿ General Sensors Setting The F-98-2 does not care which make or model it is connected to. If the sensor test is not listed in the AUTOMATED SENSOR Test List, then the General Sensors setting it will figure out what the signal type is and display it with both a waveform and the 4 relevant numeric parameters on one screen (Frequency, Duty Cycle, Pulse Width, and Peak to Peak).
