The Brueal and Kjaer 2203 is a portable battery operated sound level meter, fulfilling IEC 179, DIN and ANSI recommendations. It has built in A, B and C weightings and Linear response. Users can select either slow or fast response. Also included is the 1613 Octave filter set. The 1613 Octave Filter Set allows sound power octave specific bands to be measured. Very few products can claim to be a world standard and the 2203 has been one for almost 50 years. It is a real tribute to B&K that many of these units are accurate and still in service daily.
